Carlota Sustainable Design Hotel - Quito

The hotel design was fine, modern, and magazine-worthy. The staff were pretty good too accommodate us during the taxi strike. The breakfast and Sunday dinner were delicious. The location in Centro Historico was perfect. The reading room provided a nice space for work. The converted private residence offered a cute and clean room. The staff was excellent, even bringing a glass of wine to the room late at night. The location was great for exploring Old Town Quito.

I had a wonderful stay at a beautifully-restored boutique hotel, centrally located and within walking distance of the main historic sites of Old Town. the staff was professional, accommodating, and attentive. the room was unique and spacious, with some rooms having a loft. the rooftop lounge offered breathtaking views of the city and the food at Bistro Carlota was delicious.

The hotel had limited facilities, which may not cater to those who seek more activities or amenities.

Spent xmas in a beautiful well designed and decorated boutique hotel in the historical district. Loved the coziness of the rooms and the rooftop views of the city. The hotel's location is key to explore the city's best tourist spots such as museums and restaurants. Staff is very welcoming and made us feel at home.

The food was average and the pricing was higher than other hotels in the area. The walls are thin as we could hear noises from the adjacent rooms.

Some aspects of the service need improvement. the breakfast started later than expected, which was inconvenient.

We loved this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of the historic area with easy access to all the city's attractions. The room was beautifully decorated with modern amenities and super tidy. The staff was accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with fresh juice, fruits, and eggs. we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this city.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The location in the historic centre was perfect for exploring. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable sitting area and a well-stocked mini-bar. The terrace offered amazing views, especially during sunset. The in-room dining service was convenient, and the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. I was very impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided at this hotel.
